Hawaii, and Alaska and international shipping does come with a fee depending on distance.


Our products are made to order, which means when you order a board we then design (if you have a customized order), and build your item, then ship. This process can take anywhere from 2 to 8 days depending on the product, and options you choose, if any.


We ship our products using the company that not only ships fastest, but also handles packages with the most care.

Once your order gets picked up by the shipping company, we no longer have control over the delivery. However, if you experience issues with your package while it is on the delivery truck, we will dig in and help resolve the issue, even if it means sending a new item.


If you receive your item and it comes damaged in any way. Most likely it was damaged during shipping. We will replace the item no problem.

What you must do in order to get a replacement board, is contact us within 7 days of delivery to you. We'll send you a return label, and you'll send the board back. Make sure you package the board securely with good protection from further damage.

Once we receive your board, we'll verify the damage is as you have stated. Then we'll send you a new board.
