We do accept returns under the following conditions.
If the board is in perfect condition, and you want to return it because you've changed your mind. We will accept the return, but you are responsible for return shipping fees.
If you would like to upgrade the board to a bigger size, and the board is in perfect condition, we will accept the returned board, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, as well as the new shipping fees for the upgraded bord.
If your board was damaged during shipping, we will send you a return shipping label. After we receive the damaged bord we will verify the damage is what you said it is. Then send you a new board.
If the board does not meet your expectations, and you'd like to exchange the board for a different one. We will send you a return label. After receiving the returned board, we will verify that the board is in perfect condition, then send you a different board.
If the board does not meet your expectations, and you want to return it for a refund. We'll send you a return label, and once the board is inspected to see if it is in perfect condition, we will refund your money. If we determine that the board received damage while in your possession, we will give a partial refund depending on the extent of the damage.
In order to qualify for any return, you must contact us within 7 days of the item's delivery to you. Otherwise, we cannot fulfill your return for any reason.
